Hi! I'm Britney. I'm a non-diet dietitian who's on a mission to help you ditch food rules and learn how to truly nourish your body. I'm here to help you re-discover the joy of eating and find food freedom! I believe that you were made for more than a life of restriction and one-size-fits-all diets. I'm here to show you how to ditch dieting forever, and learn how to nourish your body so that you can live life to the fullest.

I support women recovering from eating disorders and disordered eaitng, walking with you step by step as you choose the brave work of healing your relationship with food. As an Eating Disorder Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, I'll meet you where you're at, and provide individualized nutrition guidane from a weight inclusive lens.
